Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone (Harry Potter dan Batu Bertuah)

Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone is a book written by JK Rowling and is the first book in the series which will consist of seven books. Original titles in English are Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone or Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone in the United States. This book was first published on June 26, 1997 in London by Bloomsbury.

Harry Potter’s life as an ordinary child in the family after his uncle and aunt when she was a baby abandoned in front of their homes by Albus Dumbledore. His parents were killed by a powerful black magician named Voldemort, but he disappeared while trying to kill Harry. The Dursleys, he was treated unjustly because the Dursleys do not want Harry and other people know that they are a family of witches.

Harry’s life changes when his house was flooded with letters until they had to evacuate but were eventually led Rubeus Hagrid of Hogwarts itself, which is an invitation letter to school at Hogwarts.
